Roxana Palacios

Roxana has been at First Citizens Innovation Banking for 2 years. Currently, she is a relationship advisor and serves as a primary point of contact for onboarding, deposit strategies, account servicing and risk management guidance. She also provides service to clients in the technology sector that range from early growth- to late-stage companies.

Previous to First Citizens Innovation Banking, Roxana was a branch manager for Wells Fargo for 5+ years. Prior to that, she worked in sales at AT&T Mobility.

She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from George Mason University.

When she’s not working on DIY and gardening projects, Roxana loves to attend concerts, spend time with her dogs and traveling.
