Nancy Trieu

Nancy Trieu is a senior liquidity advisor working with technology companies, from high-growth startups to large public corporations, as well as venture capital and private equity firms.

Nancy and her colleagues lead the client relationship and business development strategy that positions First Citizens Innovation Banking’s liquidity products and investment management capabilities to meet the ever-evolving demands of the bank’s corporate cash management clients. She identifies the products and services that can best help satisfy clients’ cash and liquidity management needs, which span across banking and investment management platforms for early-stage startups to large public enterprises. She keeps focused on building and strengthening relationships with clients and helping clients preserve capital, satisfy liquidity needs and optimize return, so they can concentrate on their core business.

With over 20 years of financial services experience, Nancy takes a consultative approach to helping clients achieve their investment objectives as their business dynamics evolve. Prior to joining First Citizens Innovation Banking in 2010, Nancy held positions within the institutional cash sales group at Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock) and at UBS Financial Services.

She earned her master’s degree in business administration at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach.

In her free time, Nancy enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations with her family.
