Lauren (Rasch) Morrell

Lauren has been a relationship advisor for 16 years in both client facing and leadership roles. Her primary focus has been on late-stage private and public clients within Tech and Life Sciences at First Citizens Innovation Banking.

Lauren is always looking to ensure our clients success is her top priority. She consistently strives to provide top tier service for her clients account relationships with a goal of making banking an easy and seamless interaction, whether it be a simple transactional request or support through a complex merger or acquisition. Lauren loves to better understand the priorities and pressures faced by her clients so she can provide recommendations and solutions to support them. She also loves being a part of the tech and life science ecosystem and being inspired to see how they are changing the world for the better.

She received her Bachelor of Science in International Business at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island.

When she’s not helping clients with their banking needs, Lauren enjoys traveling, shopping, cooking and fishing.
