Jesse Hurley

Jesse Hurley is the head of First Citizens Fund Banking (formerly known as Silicon Valley Bank Global Fund Banking) and counts many of the top private equity and venture capital firms as clients. He serves on the leadership team of First Citizens Bank's commercial bank.

Under Jesse’s leadership, Fund Banking provides expertise and innovative banking, liquidity and firm-fund level lending solutions for private equity, private credit and venture capital firm clients across a full range of strategies, stages, and sectors. Lending solutions include capital call facilities, fund guaranteed loans to portfolio companies, NAV-based facilities, management company working capital lines and GP commitment financing.

Prior to his fund banking roles, Jesse was a lender in Silicon Valley Bank's mezzanine finance group, lending subordinated debt to technology and healthcare companies.

Jesse holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from Colby College. He lives in the Boston area and enjoys sailing, running and spending as much time as possible skiing the icy slopes of the East Coast with his family.
