Jenna O'Donnell

Jenna O’Donnell is a senior relationship advisor for First Citizens Innovation Banking, who most recently spent her time managing the Colorado Technology and A/G deposit portfolio.

Jenna joined First Citizens Innovation Banking in 2008 as a member of the Client Support Center and later moved to Arizona to help establish the Client Support Center in Tempe. In 2013, Jenna moved to First Citizens Innovation Banking’s Small Business specialty team as a Relationship Advisor and managed the portfolio until taking on the A/G portfolio in 2017.

Jenna’s experience and tenure with First Citizens Innovation Banking offers a wealth of knowledge to her clients and team, making her First Citizens Innovation Banking’s Catalyst Award winner in 2022. She enjoys helping clients find “out of the box” solutions to grow their businesses and is passionate about training and process improvement projects. Some of her skills include technical writing, data analysis, portfolio management and risk mitigation.

Jenna began her career in the mental health field but later moved to Frontier Airlines as a representative for their frequent flier program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and is working towards Lean Six Sigma process improvement certification.

Away from work, Jenna loves spending time with her daughter, Hannah, and enjoys baking, reading and watching reality tv.
