Ilana Fass

Ilana Fass is a director on First Citizens Innovation Banking’s Fintech team, where she partners closely with entrepreneurs, investors and influencers across the national fintech ecosystem. Her creative thinking and passion for entrepreneurship and innovation drive Ilana to always look for the best possible solutions for her clients.

Before joining First Citizens Innovation Banking, Ilana was the FinTech Platform Lead for Barclays in New York City and has worked with startups in the fintech space for the past eight years. In addition to banking, her specialty is building relationships and creating bridges between diverse regions. She has launched successful fintech innovation communities in both Tel Aviv and New York and has been recognized as an Inspiring Fintech Leader by NYC Fintech Women.
