Eli Oftedal

Eli Oftedal is responsible for conducting data-driven analyses on the innovation economy that First Citizens Innovation Banking serves. In this role, he supports global research efforts that explores investment, fundraising, and exit dynamics in the venture ecosystem.

Eli takes a particular interest in the Climate Technology and Sustainability sector. Prior to the bank, he worked for a venture capital fund focusing on the clean energy sector. He graduated manga cum laude from Colorado State University with a bachelors of science in Ecosystem Science and a bachelors of arts double major in Economics and Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts.
